I created MountainDock.org to document our passion for mountains and the outdoors, and to keep family and friends in touch with our activities.  We live in Golden, Colorado along with our mountain dog Maddy.  On the weekends, if you’re lucky, you can probably find us on top of a 14er, camping out in our truck,  or skiing powder in the backcountry. Right now we are trying to climb all the 14ers and also planning on climbing Mt. Rainier this summer. During the week, Linnea teaches high school science for Denver Public Schools, while I am a post-doc at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, researching photobiological energy solutions.

The website is run off the WordPress platform and contains a blog section where you can find updates on all our latest adventures. You can subscribe to our posts by email, RSS to your reader, or just check back often for updates. My goal is to sometime get all of our mountain pictures from Co, Mt, and Wa up here and all our 14ers pics too. I’m a little bit behind at the moment.
